How to join, in three steps
About two minutes. You'll need the Facebook app or facebook.com, signed in.

Join the group
Tap Join the group. Facebook opens the group in a new tab; press Join group there and answer three quick questions:
We approve new members by hand, usually the same day, and Facebook notifies you when you're in.

Join the chat
Once you're in the group, tap Join the chat, or point your phone's camera at the code. It opens in Messenger. The chat is for group members, so join the group first.
Opening soonThe installers' chat is being set up. Until it's live, post in the group and you'll get your answer there. The Join the chat button appears here the day it opens.
The chat is for quick questions while you're on site. For anything you'd want to find again, post in the group instead.

Ask your question
Post in the group for anything another installer might want to look up later. Use the chat when you're on site and need an answer now.
A question that gets answered fast has:
- a photo of the job or the problem
- the product names and batch if you have it
- what you're coating (the substrate)
- the temperature and how long since the last coat
Not a member yet? The same button shows you the join screen first.
Where to ask what
Mix ratios, coverage, colour matching, prep, pricing a job, showing off a finished floor. Posts are searchable and the answers stay put.
You're on site, something's not right and you need a steer now. Quick yes-or-no questions and a photo of the problem. (Opening soon; post in the group until then.)
Group rules in short
Be civil, keep it to Infinity Effects systems, no selling or recruiting, keep customers' photos in the group, follow the TDS and SDS on safety, and add photos to your questions. Any member can report a post that breaks them, and we'll mute or remove whoever did it.
