Can you match any RAL colour?
Most RAL Classic colours can be matched across our coating and resin systems. A small number of very bright or specialist shades can be harder to reproduce in certain products, so tell us the RAL code and the system you are planning to use and we will confirm what is achievable before anything is mixed.
Which Infinity Effects systems can be colour-matched?
Colour matching is available on many of our coatings and resin systems. Availability depends on the product and the finish you are after, so pick the system in the enquiry form (or choose "Not sure") and our team will advise on the best option for your project.
How accurate are the colours shown on this page?
The swatches on screen are a guide only. Every monitor and phone displays colour differently, so please confirm your choice against a physical RAL fan deck or an approval sample before ordering.
Can you match a colour from a photo?
A photo is a great starting point and you can upload one with your enquiry, but lighting and camera settings can shift colours a lot. For the closest match we recommend giving us a colour code or sending a physical sample.
My colour isn't RAL. Can you still help?
Yes. Let us know if you are working from Pantone, NCS, British Standard (BS) or a physical sample and we will review it. Select the colour system in the form and add the reference or code.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Ask about an approval sample when you enquire. We recommend one for larger projects or where an exact colour is critical, so you can check it in the space under your own lighting.
How long does a custom colour take?
It depends on the product, the colour and the quantity required. We will confirm timescales when we reply to your enquiry, so include your project dates in the message if you are working to a deadline.
Is there a minimum order for custom colours?
This varies by product. We will let you know about any minimums, along with pricing, when we come back to you with a quote.
Will the colour look the same on every surface?
Finish, texture, substrate and lighting all change how a colour appears. Gloss finishes tend to look richer and matt finishes softer. For consistency, order enough material for the whole area from the same batch.
