INFINITY THIXX Additive

THIXX Additive – Advanced Rheology Modifier for the Infinity V2 System

Developed alongside the Infinity V2 product range, THIXX Additive is a high-performance rheology and viscosity modifier designed to increase body, control flow, and enable trowelable and vertical application across multiple Infinity coating systems.

THIXX is typically incorporated at 1–5% of total product weight, with the exact dosage dependent on the Infinity system being used and the effect required.

System Compatibility & Addition Rates

Infinity Spray Granite
Addition rate: 1–2% of total weight
Mix gently to avoid damaging the granite spheres, as fracturing may cause smudging in the final finish. THIXX allows Spray Granite to be trowelled and manipulated, enabling marbling effects and enhanced texture during the curing phase.

Infinity Spray Stone
Addition rate: 2–4%, depending on stone grade and application method
Provides increased body and stability, allowing the coating to be trowel-applied for a smoother, flatter stone finish.

Infinity ROX Binder
Addition rate: 6–7% of total kit weight
Enables vertical trowelling of resin-bound ROX systems, allowing seamless wall applications with improved cohesion and reduced slump.

Important Application Note

Incorporating THIXX will reduce working time, as increased viscosity retains heat and accelerates cure speed. Always consult your Infinity representative to confirm correct dosage and suitability for your specific application.
